Good company as compare to other NBC Salary is not as level No work life balance You have to work for 24 hr Join office early at 9 am leave office after 8 pm After that they will call you at home to work from home after 8pm Very bad working culture specially if you are working in unsecured loan department that is CSEL DEPARTMENT

Please don't join in CSEL in cholamandalam investment and finance company

There is punch in and punch out particular time. Just we have to punch in at any time of the day

If we resign 3 months notice period they will pay only one month salary in 3 months and full settlement will be done after 2 months from last working day. It means we will get only one month salary in 5 months it is horrible now a days we are having so many commitments like emi, house rent etc how can an employee serveive for 5 months

...o take credits but not helping juniors. Emi funding is very bad at this company. You have to pay if customer is not paying and no one cares if you pay and that not recovered

It should improve employee welfare calture no weekly off no leave, if on leave have to attend con call . Worst culture of any time con call. Early morning 6 o clock late evening after 8 o clock con call No personal life, working on weekends and even on Sunday. Public holidays are in calendar only . No festival leave Lots of parameters which are useless . Penetration of separation is high. Apologise to write with personal experience

Company compensation is good and appraisal are excellent. You get freedom to do whatever you want to until you are justifying the companies interest.

Dislikes

Just some people don't know how to collaborate with people, they are just interested in playing dirty politics to show Management how better are they from other people. Senior people get easily influenced by others and make their opinion about sincere peoples.
