There is no growth for executive level , even you work for 6 years only salary will increase between 1500,to 2500 ,cast feeling is heavy in some areas , there are so many dirty reasons I don't want to share

Company always support, seniors always support, work culture best but one thing is not good, after 7 years of job till now my salary is 14500. After deduction I take only 13000. Please look into this. Otherwise it's a best and best company for working, if you join for working in cholamandalam finance then you retire from this company. Because this companies support evertime it's working style, working culture and senior always try to teaching everytime for make best employe. Thank you.
