No time for home, we have to have to work like cow. We come to office at 9:00 am and no time to return home. Abusing words by seniors. Even if we take leave we are being called and asked to do complete the task. Lots of uneducated/unskilled person getting a big sum of money.

...They'll just force you everytime for no reason, company is full of backstabbers. Not even paid my Bonus Amount for this financial year, after mailing me the details with entire amount, they kept the money.

The only good thing about my tenor in chola was good salary, they will pay you handsomely if you are working good enough . You will learn how to manage and micromanage your team

Work life balance is pathetic, you have to start your day early and the day will never come to an end. Continuous con calls even if you are on leave officially.

Salary and appraisals are very works in some teams they should develop there strategy too... I was wondering that the managers are educated or what?... They didn't even have a brain,size of sparrow's brain, common sense and all
