No support from the company given salary for 10 says for the time we was not going and for that salary cut our leave without discussing with us no job security one person terminated for complaining at narmada bhooven for salary issue and the bigger worst part that not given increment although we completed our Target before one month of March ending. And said that company investment at another plant we was wonking very hard but not any support from the company and manager have no sense of talking not professional language used at company

...hout any notice and reason. Boss used to change my weekly reports to management. Salary is not on time. Sometimes comes on 10th of the month.

Nothing to like all things is here is like hell, you have to work like majdur follow the set protocols and there is no skill department from here

Mon to sat 9-6 working what the hell is this or even govt holidays of national holidays are not considered you have to come and work, work life balance is shit, also here I a sandwich model for leave if you taken leave for Saturday and Monday than Sunday is also considered your leave and you will charges from the salary if you do any mistake in company you will charged for that. Rubissh phone is not allowed even a single paper or pen is not allowed. Also salary is to low hike is almost negligible.

New ideas are always welcome in this organisation. It's a place for the people who want to work. With your performance you can make yourself valuable. Management appreciates if you bring new ideas which can add value to the business.

... benefits and perks provided to the employees, however now they are improving. Promotions will be there but no financial increment will be made so in this way you won't be able to match your experience with your salary and designation. Other companies will judge you on the basis of your salary if you're an under-performer. Management needs to improve this area and should give salary according to the designation and overall experience.

in this company salary scale is very lower,management policy not better and work environment not familiar.
