Salary is very low compared to industry standard.. Appraisal is not given to deserving performing candidates but on chaploosi basis .

Overall company is feasible for those who want to stay inside their comfort zone, don't want to take work load, new learning.

No increment or very less increment and that too after gap of 2 years. HR head is worst than worst. Policies are like Jail policies.

There is so much to learn , the technical training they provide is good all over working experience is good

The extra perks and benefits are little less as per expectations but i just joined so it is not good comment it might be changed...

I would never have come to this company if I knew it, but what am I going to do now, I got to learn something new but nothing like that.

Silvassa pants has 4 people but belongs to 4 castes, all mothers It is nonsense, if quality is taken in the company, production kam Work full time, motor running, material wt while batch is running. Don't ever make a mistake. If not, call me.
