There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Only 60percent salary getting and career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

It’s an established brand showcasing the rich culture of mangnificient Rajasthan.

A brand without processes. I was hired to form those but due to inherited red tapism the efforts died their natural death. I tried to bring in the changes but due to certain individual who have been working for long the management does not pay heed to the feedback and thus no one is able to bring in the change.

Wrost Managers are working here. These guys treated you like educated worker and use there benefit. So much politics. No rule & regulations, lala company.

Horrible management, they thinks only there benefit & treated employees as Dihadi Majdur.
