Work atmosphere is friendly as the department is close knit and consists of a defined team of doctors and support staff. Good place to work if you are specialized in a particular eye subspecialty and want to settle in Indore. However one should not hope to build a career from scratch after post graduation here, as growth will be slow and fragmented.

Dislikes

The HR policies regarding compensation, leaves etc are not very employee friendly. Also, the department can progress greatly with some infrastructural and policy upgrades but there are administrative roadblocks for the same.

Likes

The only thing i liked in this hospital is that I am proud to say i worked in the CCU department.This is the only department that makes you feel good working in as compared to the whole hospital.

Dislikes

there is actually nothing to like in the first place at all,so you can imagine. Did not even provide us some trainee nurses, even experince certificates for atleast working for 11 months also. They nicely exploited us in to working for them.No value for those who passed out from their own college

I like to work at Choithram institution because I have learned and gained new knowledge and skills during my learning period & every day is new learning for me as everything teaches me new lessons and able me to fight new challenges.

Dislikes

the one thing I dislike is that the employees are not provided increments and allowances according to their cadre of work.

My work experience in choithram hospital was good,j learned many techniques in physiotherapy field. If I get another chance to do work their, I will join the hospital again.

Dislikes

They should improvise the environment of the hospital.
