I was worked as a Back office coordinator in Tirunelveli branch.I love my work and happily done my day to day work.I learned many thing from Choice and i like the Innovative ideas,and appreciation.I was satisfies the customers.After over taking of INDITRADE, i could process my work easily via scanning based,and easy to communicate with Choice team via mails, telephone and whatsapp.I was forwarded your calls to my clients group. Mostly 90℅ of calls achieved the target..

Dislikes

In our branch,all emplyees do the politics inside the office.They don't consider the women faculties.Who treat the women employees insecure.No one doing their best and no one work properly.Some dealers not responding their customers.So that the clients were closed the account.And if they hire new candidate for the branch means they don't consider their education qualifications, knowledge..Only based on their experience itself they select.But actually what happened after joining was, they don't approach for new client,they don't clarify the doubts, sometimes they don't answer the customer orders in Prime timing like 9am to 9.15am and 3pm to 3.15pm. I think choice is the best in class in hiring employee or employer.But still higher secondary school completed employees work without any dealing and telephonic conversation knowledge.Those are doesn't satisfied the customer needs. so the branch can't reach their goals. And still i can't able to claim my Inditrade PF.
