...company was a very negative experience. My personal life suffered significantly. You receive minimal benefits beyond your salary, and even that is paid late. There are no opportunities for promotion. Job security is non-existent; the company can terminate anyone, regardless of their employment status. You will likely be dissatisfied with your job role, as you'll be assigned tasks outside of your designated responsibilities. The company culture is extremely poor, and employee turnover is high, with most people leaving within one to three months. Furthermore, the owners engage in significant internal politics."
