...gement is not up to the mark but its in progress as the mother company is exide. Also pay scale is not good as exide i think its a good company to start the career.

High work pressure to one person and no growth and salary hike option. Moreover senior managers are damn care about their employee, always try to criticized one's prgress towards work.

No career growth, no acknowledgement, unfair & biased increment, management is very bad, there is a environment of fear in everyone, very bad behaviour when you resign, etc etc.

While working in Chloride I had the worst experience in my entire professional life till date and pray to God that I don't get such ambience n colleagues ever in my work place in future

They gave me 180/- as hike where i stayed back so many hours after my shift worked so hard but then this increment never expected though had the rubbish experience in my entire career.

Shabby old office, office staff looka exhaust. They hire you saying exide group but total bogas. I served there for 1.8 years with no increments. The quality of staff is extreamly poor. I could sence fund issue from day 1.
