Permanent staffs are Govt. employee, they are earning Govt. salary and output of work for maximum employee in term of salary is nil. They are busy to earn extra income by "dash dash dash". I am working there for part time (only 4 hours) against this they are paying me 8938/- rupees and threatening me to do the job needfully. They also not increment my salary for last 2 years.
