The thing which I loved most while working in Chiron was the Mutual respect they have for eachother...whether you are a junior or a manager, the amount of respect you will get from your colleagues would be same.

Salary deduction was too much in compare to the CTC we got.

Nothing to mention as good. Worst work culture, worst HR. I worked at Ankleshwar plant. On the name of HR, 2 junior persons are working, that to for collection of attendance data and sharing to Hyderabad HR (Postman work). Akansha Tiwari, having 3 years of HR experience is most egoistic HR person, talking rudely with even senior peoples. She is supported beyond the limits by site head.

Dislikes

...ther words this company is not giving settlement amount to any of the employees. Worst part is that 40% of annual salary is allocated as performance bonus amount which after leaving of company, HR is not giving to any employee, even existing employees are also not getting complete amount. Company is cheating in CTC. My recommendation is not to join this cheating company where HR is thief.

1. Lot to learn about vaccine industry from this age old company. 2. Work culture is good. 3. A lot of seniors to guide one through various issues of GMP facilities and work. 4 . Once the largest producer of rabies vaccine in the WORLD.

HR police change after join not discussed and at time of join say it is you have to sign or leave .. this type of ethics not work long time and i registration when get offer from other company .

I had so much learnt here special about my job skills and the environment of my surroundings during working hours were great .and superiors are very helpful and supportive aswell ..
