New three plant made jammu area , and 1500 worker proper guide environment health safety regulations related , and aware all , main focus zero accident and impliment good working culture . It's good experience of my journey and good for my work schedule. I like my profession and I do my best .

All department not serious related to risk of work area and working activities. I need support the all level of teams. And one thing one goal it's my pleasure for working

Conservative management Profit oriented company Laborious working style Lots of Manual work, far away from automation. You will be surrounded by Auditors. Politics, Partiality, No respect for mid and junior level. Feels like the condition before Independence, when ruled by Britishers.

Work environment is good but not for whom who want career growth & want profile exposure. Team support is very good .
