Salary in Chirayu is very low , no matter how educated experienced and knowledgeable you're they'll always pay less , there is no increments I worked here for more than 4 years I joined in 8000 rs only as a P.R.O they promised me to raise my salary after 6 months but for 4 years I worked in 8000k per month pay only and my salary was raised after 4 year that too only 800 rs was raised so my total pay was 8800 in last 4 years , management here is worst everyone has ego specially doctors are filled with ego they harass employees nd mentally torture them , patients are been treated badly by staff and doctors overall a bad experience handled with lot of patience by me

I didn't like anything except leaves and holidays are good as compared to other companies, else it's a worst place for work and future growth opportunities are nil.

The salary is less plus it comes in 2 months They do lot of problem in giving leaves especially when they expect inspection which is almost every month. They just cancel all leaves and if you ho it will be loss of pay even if u have leaves left.Also the notice period is 3 months which is very unethical. The management will overburden you with unnecessary work which is not your job, not give u leaves when u need it and then expect you to be loyal to them which is not possible.

Because this is hospital is not as a job this is our family and this all work responsibility is on me and I loved to work with this hospital

There is onnly one Option to leave chirayu because of salary very low

Just only one benefit they provide is residence for workers. Other than this no benefit.

Attenders and medical professional have same salary scale. No respect at all . Management is very bad including accounts hr etc. No salary increment even after years of work service

Very bad management. They want just staff for MCI. NO USE OF YOUR HARD WORK AND DEVOTION. I'm suggesting please this institute is choice if u have no choice.

...ng on department is not important.you are just appointment for MCI criteria. Irregular salary more than 3 month no salary. Problem on relieving an experience. Etc
