As far as salary is concerned school is very good .. management is supportive.. colleagues were also good.

Too much work pressure, most of the colleagues are unhappy.difficult to balance personal and professional life..

Overall it's good place. Decent package and good balanced life. Mostly you feel you are working for a government organisation. Don't forget to Impress the management to keep your job safe( even if you can't teach effectively) I mean the less you work and more you get rewarded. Do Pooja on regular intervals, God will save you. That's their secret.

It's a Hindu institute with good culture. Teachers are smart,energetic and hard working. Teachers keep a good rapport With students and teammates. School provides a number of training sessions for teachers.

Dislikes

Compensation is just fine , but no career growth I found. Work pressure is hectic. Management plays politics during the time of teachers increment. No criteria for the increment. Whom they like will get it.Most of the time it makes me disappointed.

Chinmaya Vidyalay Bokaro is the best place for teachers and students. Here Management people are very cooperative, learned and very efficient . Current Principal Shri Suraj Sharma is very talented , cooperative and has number of skills which is taking chinmaya vidyalaya bokaro to the good height.

Truely speaking no dislike. We only have to motivate our selves to give more and more better service to the society through education.

The way they tries to uplift each students through learning as well as extra curricular activities are great!

Dislikes

They never consider teachers as human beings and all burdens are placed upon the teachers! No kind of mercy at all and the way of responding towards teachers by the principal is a kind of mental torture actually!😇 And there is no hope that any teacher will go from there with happy tears as they are given such a bad treatment all over! Also need to work from 9 till 4 and will again make us teachers sit there for more than an hour in the name of meetings and all which is very hectic and hard for most of us !
