It is confidential information so you can't be sure but you can definitely see people less contributing but getting paid more than you. So you know that if you want a good or great hike this is where you go.

No work life balance. Everything works on hierarchy. Even if it's a startup, your opinion if of no value. Every idea of yours is thrown into the trash and bypassed saying it's higher management's decision. The company doesn't know what it wants to be at all. It's does everything but not one thing perfectly. All they care about is becoming a unicorn and thats all.

It's well startup to develop yourself and provide free learning to their employees from every department except finance department (Outsource Accounting & Taxation work)

I recently completed my internship at Chingari as a Product Analyst Intern, and it was an enriching experience.
