There is nothing good about this company. They don't know how to operate. They are hiring people who have lost job in big companies and paying half salary and taking advantage of the situation. No role clarity. Engineers are asked to do drafting role by saying they don't have enough manholes and budget. HR team is a bunch of idiots who are puppets for the team. They don't know why they hire and why they fire people. If asked, they will tell to all the manager. Sick office atmosphere and no culture. Every day some Chinese guy will come stand behind you to monitor your screen.

Everything to say the least. Useless HR and HR Director (filipino) Management is puppet for China team If your Cv gets approved from client, you are hero and can act like anything. Project managers are hopeless. Office politics. During internal covid cases, chinese team works from home. But other nationals work from office. Sick work culture. They provided labour visa, to everyone and threatens sign it. Always extending work hours, no OT.

Company was good but Indian management destroyed everything. Earlier salary was good and job security was good but Indian management destroyed everything.

Before COVID19. Company is good. But last week I got termination letter from company without any notification. Now I can not go outside for searching a job. Also now days no one is hiring. I requested to management people for other options like temporary leave, but they stick with termination. Already forced leave applied for all staff. I am living my family. Kid's are studying here. They know the situation. But nothing happened.

They should not terminate immediately. They have project. I am engaged with project. No consideration. Nothing.
