Company have no basic policy for Indian employees , like mediclaim , bonus. whatever policy and benefits are there just made for Chinese staff only. they have totally different culture , and null communication skills, and no decision making skills , even project directors and project manager can't speak and write a single English word. it's very difficult and challenging to make them understand and work with them. most of the people are corrupted seeking money from company by submitting fake bills and invoices , and higher management is also same.
