The school works in a very systematic manner. Very beautifully designed process for almost everything.

...ndividual. Almost all the employees are frustrated. Too many activities planned. The teachers only keep collecting money and pay attention at the activities. They are unable to pay attention to teaching - which is why teachers are in school. Apart from good content teaching everything is paid more attention to like competitions, various days and so on. More over - If you need work life balance then this is not the place! You will be frustrated. First you will be told Saturdays aren’t working. Then 1st Saturday is working (which was fine) but then suddenly any random Saturdays are working which you are not paid for. There is no time to do teacher work for your classroom. From the time you come - Before the schools begins there is something or the other planned! You will never be able to do any other work which you will eventually end up doing in your class in the teaching period. And the teaching is then affected! Irrespective of you being the class teacher, your job title will always be assistant teacher.
