... basic amenities, which their parents/parent/Guardian feel difficult to fulfill. I am being supported by their work and their salary.

...ents/Parent/Guardian have lost/forgotten their responsibilities on the Children. Teammates feel difficult to learn any new work and feel it as burden, so some people have more responsibilities and some have less, but both have the same salary. The policy of Govt. changes based on the need, but Management feels difficult to follow the changes, so the employees faces the problem and they are answerable for anything. Children are there in Child Care Institution for 24*7, so the staff/responsible staff needs to be available either by present or phone, so the staff can not spend time with the family. Since the staff have been involving in social work, we can not expect more salary, so the need of the staff is not fulfilled.
