First and foremost thing that I like about our CRT is the very working environment that is been provided for us to work. Secondly, the relevance of my education, the applicability of the same and the professional relationship that we have between us (team members). For any ideas, creativity, innovative applicability sky is the limit at CRT. We were never told "NO". I enjoyed a lot working with this amazing team. Our authorities always appreciated multi taking and multidimensional thoughts. CRT is my mother organisation which gave birth to my professional growth. Networking with larger people representatives, NGOs, Universities and campaigns were the most beloved activities of mine. I loved travelling and reaching out to people through training which became my passion. Job satisfaction was 100% from my side. Sometimes, I feel that It was not possible for me to reach out and grow to CRT's expectation. I always wish that I should work with CRT. Yes, I am always there as a volunteer with CRT. CRT is a University to enhance our knowledge. Thanks to CRT for all its support and hand-holding nature throughout (even now). I wish CRT and team "All the very best ". Thanks to all at CRT.

As of now, I have not felt any. But, appraisal of the employee should be considered (not only in terms of salary but also in terms of Designation).
