... different state and depending on the state and project the salary is different. I work in Jharkhand so the salary is good . It helps a lot in learning about child protection, stakeholders management and the seniors are helpful.

This is a NGO based institution,I was 1yrs experience in social development sector,but there salary is not good for a experience candidate, every Seniors is very supportive and caring about every stuff educational career.but now I would like to change this institution and join deferent this kind of development sector.

CINI maintains the timing very strictly. That is why every employees come timely in the office. We all learned the value of the time here. Job security is very good. Innovative thoughts they have. We experience many things from CINI.

Cini is a very famous ngo in Kolkata. Office staffs are very cooperative with us. Students are very disciplined. And the office is very well maintained.

Compensation is very decent but growth is slow. Sometimes work pressure is very high. Some supervisor are not value your strength. Some people are there who often insulted us.
