I got supporting Zonel Manager for my outlet operations. And the Brand Standard is Excellent I have Explored And learned My self many things about this company in 3 years . supportive staffs also got me a good Team.

...One care No appreciation No promotion No Bonus Sometimes Incentives also Blocks. And There is 3 Managers should be in One Outlet But am The only one Running Here For all Things But My salary and Position is still the Same Until This October 2023 . When asks for Promotion They Ask for Training Reports actually They Don't even gives any proper Training system to anywhere just gives a Module book and asks to Do Videos about giving training for staffs. as a outlet incharge I never got any Benifits I Have worked Over Times Months. no personal Time gets That Times But No extra payment for the over Times but all things should be Done properly at Outlet. It's all happening but salary not comes on time and even comes after stock cutting if am only handling one outlet I need to get that works salary but at least company should give me Offered salary. You know it's kind of pathetic It's All Happens still we believe Changes comes 😊

I can speak to customers in confidence, i can do excel & reports well. Good work experience overall

... with lack of security & transportation. There was only 3 ladies staff in total. Didn't increased the Salary even when completed 1year. The staffs in that office never trained to talk respectively in the office.

Good environment culture.and better experience and the company is conducted training programs and covid safety classes.

The management is no respect for staff's hard work.salary increment period is too long.

The company is a new company and here I am working with my best performance through my way which gives me better satisfaction. Being a fresher I get collect various types of experiences in dynamic environment. My colleagues are very helpfull and friendly. We work happily in collaboration.

Growth is slow The work pressure is very high Everyday I have to work 14-16 hours. Working in this company I shall not be able to satisfy my future.

I was really enjoyed alot there...because of the environment they give us.I had nothing to show about my career even before joining with them but after that I realised so much about work and life. I always positive minded...there i got a good team and also i got a chance to lead the team from the front...They will always keep in my heart forever...

Dislikes

I never say my job was always good...there were i had some negative thoughts also in my mind about my job. I think there I can't get any chance to make my professional life well...I really want to grow up more than what i have.......
