No pay scale, no designation or promotion. You'll not be trained after joining but quality work is expected since day one. Hard work and good ideas don't matter; who you spend your time with does. Zero team work. Only way to get above is by blaming another and oiling managers.

Job security medium. Friendly work culture. Management and company policies average. Co-workers's behavior not bad. They are helpful.

They have zero care about employees' safety. They force to come to office saying - we don't know what to say but it is best for you if you come everyday. 100 employees and only one bottle of handrub. No roaster system applied. All employees are coming everyday and even they are being stopped from leaving office even 15 mints early.

...y works here. Hardwork doesn't pay here, only matters who you are laughing with. Someone gets full salary staying at home, some gets deducted salary even after going to office. There is no pay scale or regular increment.

It was a nice experience to work with chhaya. This work always keep me in touch with my subject. I got to know many knowledgeable persons and famous author during this work period

There is no job security. There growth is very very low. Even they cut off our salary during lockdown which they haven't refunded till now. There is no economical or professional growth.

Your work doesn't matter. Only your face value and who you are buttering up all day - matters. Increments are based only on who joined when. An idiot will always get beeter hikes because he or she joined earlier than you. Your hardwork doesn't matter at all
