No WFH, tea/coffe is horrible. The food in lunch/dinner is also horrible.

The best thing about chetu is the benefits and pay they provide .6 month appraisal policy gives a financial establishment. I feel chetu is best place to learn and grow professionally .

The Management maintains transparency and is very supportive. The salary is on time and is credited after three working days of the month. They have a monthly review and a six-month appraisal policy which really motivates one to grow. A positive work environment is a cherry on top.

They have long working hours and strict time. Every alternate Saturdays working and sometimes even have to stay for night shifts

...ion. Also , they stopped work from home and pressurize employees to come office. Also they deducted the salary of those employees who are working from home after 31st august. They didn't care about the life of the employees, they only cares about their earnings i.e how to earn more and more. My suggestion to job seekers is always put Chetu on their last priority in job search. Chetu's infrastructure is good but they didn't care about employees.

Behaviour for employees are not good. They didn't care employees.
