Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad

The company is terrible and very difficult to adapt with company.... No even single befits from company and no more support for career growth very irritating to work environment

I have to work 14-15 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into night. managers do not value an individuals, unique strengths, which is why i have to back my suggestions most of the times. Increments is low & it is not depend upon work reliability.
