It is very nice Company and Pune Branch is best Branch. Our Manager is good and supporting both professional and personal. I joined Chetana Publications and she helped me in solving my family problems too a true family of Pune Branch. All staff are good and co-operative, very friendly environment. Our Manager is hard working and very strict professional comes to work. She does good sales and helps us to achieve target.I will miss Pune Branch always.

Dislikes

No salaries, only 35% salary difficult to manage finances, No travelling allowance given by HR Nikhil Wadkar. Hopeless HR who misguides about salary and petrol allowance. Management misguides and Branch Manager becomes Sandwich. Pune Branch Manager is very professional but no authority she has. Madam is very co-operative with all team members and goes with everyone in schools.

I worked for 4yrs...I seen in and out of company.. no corporate culture..no induction..no traning.. company director gives bad words to employees even women.. 365 days u will see interview go in on.. new joiner hardly work 3 to 5months .so pls do not every join this company.. waste ur time

...et married and pregnant company force him to give resignation.. and it's true ..no paid leave or pay. PF contribution issues...if ur CTC 20000 her pf 550..

PRINCIPALS. ( which. they. Get to distribute to Principals in School for getting the ORDERS) ALL. FRONTLINE. EMPLOYEES. HAVE MAXIMUM. OUTSTANDING. AMOUT. IN. THERE. MARKET. With lacs of Rupees. Also. No. training. in. Field. WITH. ANY. SENIORS VERY. BAD. AND WORST. EXPERIENCE.

Job security is worse, no payment after resignation, work life balance is the worst of all, politics prevail in the company.

Dislikes

No chances of career growth, they do not pay after an employee resigns, no full and final settlement after resignation from the company, politics prevails in all departments. Worst company to work with. Suggestion: Don't think of joining this ambiguous company, it has ruined the careers of many individuals.

Likes

Overall I got good experience and exposure it's helps to elevate my career growth (I hope). Products are very good and innovative one.

Dislikes

Compensation is zero, salary wise growth is slow. Also there is no on-job training for freshers. I am not satisfied with middle level management.
