I am working in Chetak Logistics Ltd more than 20+ years, i observed over the years company. is known for ethics, culture, loyalty for small or big customer to give service at any point even go through loss or profit. Chetak Logistics Ltd not do only for a logistics and service provider works, company also work for social cause works for every drivers health & for unprevilege people who are very poor in society and for society in a different department like Healthwise & environmentwise, youth motivavationalwise, and road safetywise. And who ever related to this co. will very happy about this and proud ourselves we are working in this co. In a view of employee the company give every type of benefits, staffs caring, staff needs and independence for a good decision who ever take for a company growth and loyalty and also appreciate for that. And company owners himself take care of every staffs and collect the information of every single staff problems, requirements and staff suggestions.

Timing issue 9 baje ka office timing hai pr apko 8:55 tk punch karna hai, 9 bje ke punch kiya toh salary deduct hogi, company ne 1min late ka relief de rkha hai Mtlb pure mahine main 1/2 late hue toh koi salary deduct nahi hogi magar aap usse 1min bhi late hue toh salary deduct kr denge 1day ki, -100 office culture koi kisi se bt nahi kar skta floor pr idhar se udhar nhi jaa sakta aap sare din Mooh band ur seat par baithe raho salary kabhi time par nahi aati work culture bilkul bhi nahi hai girls ke liye toh bilkul bhi nahi hai vese toh ofc main 2 3 girl hai bs pr voh bhi agr kisi se bt kr le toh sb ko objection hone lgta hai. 0work culture 0 environment 0 way of talking yaha pr employee ko employe nhi jail main band ek kadi samjha jata hai BS aap Smjh jaye ki company kesi hai, aapki tbyt khrb hai aap maar rahe ho aap 2hr pehle ofc se nikal gaye tbhi bhi half day salary deduct hoti hai company employee ka marna pasan karegi par usko jldi jane nahi degi ur diya toh paise cut karegi kuch bhi ho har taraf se employee ko marte hai jitna bada naam hai uthni choti soch ur tareeke hai.
