Cleanliness ( which i never saw in any other hospital in India), marvelous

Dislikes

office ethics, no way for improvement or development, strange and bad and very noisy environment, less discipline about workers, no support no benefits, no job security, appreciation or encouragement zero, running company without applying or following Labour law and HR policies, etc.

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team.
