Relieving from this company is pros

...after one month. 9.There is no professional ethics, it's like a fish market 10.They won't provide salary on time' 11.They will get an original certificate from you and they will give u back after two months. If we are calling them to enquire about our original certificate, they won't pick your call . Even if you are sending mail, they won't give any response. Finally after a month,They will tell us to come to collect the original certificate and they will tell , the concerned person went outside and the key is with him. So come back tomorrow. On next day, they will theatren you to provide the reason, why are you leaving the company. Even if we are providing the valid reason, they will theatren you that, we are going to take legal action and we won't provide your certificate. Finally after theatren, they will tell us to leave. After two days, they will provide your original certificate back. 12. HR team is the sleeping team. They won't give any response for queries 1.Respect your employees. 2.If you are hiring them, don't terminate immediately as time Passes. Give them a chance to prove their skills. 3.Provide employee benefits like statutory, bonus, health benefits like insurance. 4.Provide proper seating allocations as per department wise 5.Provide proper dinning facilities and washbasin facilities for employees 6.Atleast provide alternative Saturday off and provide 9 hours flexible work timings. 7.Provide proper hierarchy level and organisation chart. 8. If ex employees are calling you, respond to their calls and solve the queries ( it's HR responsibility ). At least give response to mails, mails are used for formal communication. 8.Provide salary on time 9. The HR team is responsible for conducting general enquiries and addressing grievances. Please don't threaten employees in a harsh manner. Except for the HR team, irrelevant persons will conduct enquiry and they will act as rowdy. 10. Enquires should be conducted in a professional and diplomatic manner and please don't be harsh to the employees. 11. Wake up the HR team,its their sole responsibility to handling and addressing the grievances!!! Human resources are for the employees!!! 12. Please don't allow irrelevant people to solve the grievances

They way screw educated people lifes, then there is no one who can ask them anything.

These people still in kings era, where they think they are born to rule. All sort of losses will occur if you work for them. They are specialised people in this.

It's the bad company i have ever worked for. I will not suggest this company even for a person who got layed off. Management will treat you as servants. Hr is of waist. God bless the students studying, non of the faculty has qualification. They will take your certificate while joining and wont return. Thank god I received mine somehow.
