...pment, egoistic staffs. Politics to drag the legs of performing staff member. I got cheated by management, salary deduction made during COVID online classes were not settled. Raised a legal notice but the management give a damn about it. I curse the HR and management for cheating me. Staff members are informed students didn't paid their fee and the management is unable to pay salary for staff members during 2020, 25 staff members were sent by the management on unpaid leave without any black and white notice, and no communication after that. Students settled their entire fee without any deductions, after clearing fee without any due can obtain hall ticket, certificate, etc etc. If a management is honest, they might have paid the salary deduction after collecting fee from students. But they have funds to invest in purchasing a campus building in Bangalore and funding for renovation & development of hotel management block and other Facility in chengalpattu campus, making advertisement and publishing them in many different channels too. Won't get any black and white policy on request. Communication made only by verbal form. Salary won't be credited under the name of salary, just an NEFT transfer. Payslip can't be obtained from website or even mailed to staff members on request, everything has to be accessed from evarsity website which can only be accessed by college internet. Leave policies are very bad. From all this happened above i think the Chairman's philanthropy award might be bought not awarded, is he aware of what's happening to the staff members or he doesn't care for the staffs too like the HR. Simply, this college is focused on Money making, egoistic and cheating management not concerned about staff members, that's the reason more staff turnover happened and happening. Very worst and shameless management.

Work culture, Good for new staff as lot of things to learn. Timely salary. 8 hours of work, friendly colleagues.

Carrying capacity is about to blast, because of lack of space. need new buildings as the students are increasing year by year.

Salary will not be credited on Time. Every month they will delay salary for the Corporate office, employees leave due to late salary, and internal politics in the Admission team. Spending huge money for ads and promotions, they will not give any % hike while you join. Poor Management.

They have all the polices to deduct your salary.like example if you take leave on sat and Monday Sunday is also lop and so on 3. Only 12 leaves no permission. 4.no work life balance 5. due to continus CCTV Monitoring you will be questioned for silly things no matter how much productive you are 6 .ugly work culture 7.highly bureaucratic, too many approvals for small things 8.there is no work still you ll have pressure. .poor 9. Poor hr management 10. Travel policy is very worst.. per day allowance is just 250. 11. If you are visiting any other location than your base work location even if it is 100 km away from office . You shld reach the location in regular office timing(9.am) 13. 70% attrition rate. Everyone who joins leave the company Max two months they ll serve . The reason behind is management cheap activities. 14. No pantry. You need sit in the walkway and eat . people should not spend more time in pantry so they dnt have it. 12. If u still join this company. You will definitely comeback for write up review like this. don't loose you mental peace.
