New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. ... that's not a company rule but company situation making employees to work extra.base scale of salary is too low.due to high expense in life our company salary is not enough to run day to day life then how can we think about savings kindly consider this points and also due to work time 9 to 6 we are reaching our house nearly 8 clock it's not enough for family life so kindly change 9 to 5 thank you

If any new person (without experience / 1-3 years experience)came in our company his salary above from old working person . So sad for old person with mental harassment...
