Worst , every job here is in either contractual basis and out sourced . Outsourced salary is too low . No work culture .

... leaves etc.. Job security - I can't say on this. Work environment is very poor. There is no cafeteria and bonus given to me. Appraisal are extremely biased and unfair. Company policies worst.

...ining this company. Every Govt employees expect 10years duration pay commission. If company feel this hike excess salary. Then we have to die. This is the only way.

Nothing is good about the company, AM is on contract basis very less salary and no benefits.

Working hours , less leave , less pay , you work as junior engg not as assistant Manager , always on site specially civil engg ,other branch ok.
