True workers not get value . Only acting people's and yes telling people get more value. Higher officials keeping one person in each department and they r belonging to them. If the person not comes to office no works will done. Very bad process

I had a feel at home when working with them. I was liked well by all my employees expect for a few back stabbing staff like the HR, VP and AGM

Some people especially the HR head do not do their duties properly with responsibility and wait to find a chance to back stab others.
