The Company is an Ocean to Engineers who love to explore theoretical concepts and their application in processes. Also I love the fact that I am a part of a team that produces and markets reliable, high quality products and has a global customer base. I was part of the training that they provide for budding Engineers, which I enjoyed as well as learnt a lot. Experienced Trainers helped me to bridge the student to professional gap. -> Teammates very good. -> Good circumstances -> 3 month basic training & training masters are good. -> good work safety & safety programmes. -> permit systems are good.

Dislikes

...politics -> company not provide food & travel. ( atleast one "tea" also not give) -> company not give salary in extra hours working. (compansation Leave only provide ) -> fully work pressure & mind torture. -> very low salary in postgraduates(M.sc). -> post graduates (operators, lab chemist) growth too much low in this company. Thats why lot of people leaving in this company . I am also....

Permanent job, full security, salary on time.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Worst tea, need to pay. Worst food, need to pay. Medical insurance will cover only employee, but not family and that too minimum value to show up. DVI (retention amount is too high and they will pay after 2 years and not mention in CTC) SAP also exist. Above both if you resign they wont give. Commutation bus need to pay.
