Dislikes

May be local.admistrative heads need to take the company level to next stage aggressively. Forcus should be more on commercialization and taking company to next level with the kind of world class facility we have and great support from Spain team. When compared to the other companies in and round, the Hyderabad facility growth was less and expenses are huge. It's should be growth focused rather than admistrative focused.

Spanish management is very good and supportive however local people made there dominance and politics, mainly recruitment is happen in conflict of interest, very pathetic place to work

Dislikes

Very bad experience to work with chemo India. however chemo Spain and spin management is very good but don't take chance with Indian chemo peoples
