Unexpected job policies: stay or switch?

I recently switched jobs with a 48% hike, and my current in-hand salary is ₹35K. But after joining, I realized a few important things that weren’t mentioned during the interview. 1. No Phones or Bags Allowed – We have to keep them in lockers, which I wasn’t informed about before joining. 2. Working Saturdays – HR said all Saturdays are working but assured that one Saturday off per month would be introduced soon. I can't see that happening anytime soon 3. Phone Policy Confusion – When I asked HR why this wasn’t discussed earlier, they said it’s only for two months and won’t be the case at the new location (which was discussed earlier). But some old employees say the same rule applies there too. 4. Leaves – We get 21 paid leaves a year. I’m already thinking of switching. Would it be too soon to leave within 3 months, or should I stay for at least 6 months? Also, since I just got a good hike, how much can I ask for in my next job?

when iam joined chemmanur jewellers in 28th september 2023, i really kniw knowledge of boby chemmanur the goat Father and he did it lots of good things for poor peoples and poor homes. Then i joined after a few months later he helped his bare hands to the wayanad flood. The chemmanur jewellers is the best option when me and my friend choose it. Anyone has to join the company and they earn more than thier own basic slr.

Dislikes

On account of the very limited involvement of Dr. Boby Chemmanur himself in the business the key portfolios are being handled by unprofessional heads who keep personal interest above organization growth. Hence, the overall work culture suffers and gets agonizingly poor.

Other than the better working atmosphere, the company doesnot show enough consideration to their employees. No job security,once the HR dept policies changes you got to adjust with it and face big fluctuations in salary as well.
