Management is poor and cruel aspects, mobilization is poor, salary increments are soaked with full of politics, no recogonization for hard work, 0 benefits, no respect for engineers.

Chemin company is an good platform for instrumentation engineers to learn and develop their skills on instrumentation field.Currently I'm working as an erection engineer in Ksk mahanathi thermal power plant under chemin naturally there are many tough situation will come in construction side in that time my teammates are supported and encouraged me to complete that jobs on time .while joining Chemin I had 3months in-house training about instrumentation it was conducted by our MD Mr.T.Rangaraj it was an great experience .I have got many abroad opportunity while working in Chemin .Chemin company is open to innovation.we have done many innovative jobs in power sector.

Work pressure is high in Chemin we have worked 16-20 hrs more than three months.But the compensation given by company is average.
