...epeatedly changing for their convience. But that won't beneficial for employees. Once u give resignation suddenly they will change policy that u need to pay increment amount in return. Ur notice is extended now. Totally bad - HR department. For holidays they won't pay double wage also.

Salary is not paid based on People's experience/qualifications/efforts towards the job The salary paid for fresher is high when it is compared to experienced staffs. Promotion policy must be changed. Priority should be given for existing employees.

Worked for 2 years in Ongole plant plant was suddenly got closed without a reason forced us to take leave though we area having Previlage leaves
