No HR policy, not having Salary in time ,no promotions, no increment, no hierarchy, no work appreciation..very bad working environment..not giving leave even on national holidays...12 hours job...very irritating job..

Every thing is good only HR, Purchase and sales department. For Accounts is worst scenario. Even u have told in interview that is 5 days company but actually it's six day & strict timings . Note that goods comments are written are by those persons who wants to come back .

Nothing is good in this company. Totally exploitation of employees. There is no Hr policy, No work life balance, no learning, no career growth. If you didn't require above things then you May continue working here

This is a high quality products company so I love that I am a part of this company team, I get to travel abroad , specially to Dubai and Bahrain

Company background is good but no permotion of employees ecording to good work, I have to work 12-14 hours in a day,
