... job security and empathy towards employees , everyday is a threat for layoffs . Latest product is out of shape and so much of layoffs happening and no severence pay for laid off employees . Management expects to works during weekends also.

Majority of employees in India are freshers / junior employees , they are pretty easy going and fun to work with

Dislikes

Extremely toxic work culture, highly unstable work , zero job security, more than a decade old office and laptop.,toxic work environments. No provision to talk to senior leaders, stocks is a myth and is never allocated. Hardly any scope for R&D and every day the work is like fire fighting mode . So much of mental pressure and compromise in personal time

1. The Pay is good. 2. As a fresher if you are joining this company, you'll going to have a lot to learn.

Dislikes

1. Culture and Environment is not satisfactory. Office environment is depressing. 2. No software development cycle process is followed. 3. Work life balance is very poor. 4. Technologies used here are old.

Nothing except that you are paid well but there are no benefits as such.

Dislikes

Everything, the place, work culture, the higher management, no hierarchy, manager is the god, doesn't seem to have a sense of work distribution or the priority and importance of the work. There are no work timings or in and out time but you may have to work long hours and there is no overtime pay. Some managers expect you to work on off days as well
