1. Bonus part of your CTC. And you will get peanuts for atleast couple of years. Suppose your variable is 1lakh. You will get around 35k only. 2. All benefits removed after Covid gradually.

...re where gossips catch like fire & HR does nothing to promote a healthy culture. My package duped in the name of bonus but one never even gets 100% of it despite working 10-12 hrs a day!!

Management will only think about their own people, they will never appreciate your efforts or give you bonus on the basis of your performance. - Health compromising environment - Unnecessary pressure and deadlines - Worst HR Policy - No Paternity leave available

Ontime Salary, No Upper Management involvement in day to day tasks, Clean, Food

Dislikes

Salary deduction upon reaching 20 min late, Bias at the time of appraisal because only upper management people get good hike in salary and yearly rating. No learning

Dislikes

Career growth is very slow. There's no genuineness in performance evaluation process and favoritisms get more preferred over talents. The management doesn't listen employees' issues.
