There is a lots of policies and the management addresse employees issues, salary is decent or career growth is high. Job training is provided by the management to the every new joiness.

Safe place for female employees. Whoever works with Cheil can work anywhere

...ict compliance, hence the management consider employees and vendors as cheaters. Every year at the time of bonus, they will sack some employees for silly reasons to show the savings. Team heads don't take any responsibilities for their team members. The main point is Cheil management dont consider their employees as assets. There is no family life.

Job is quite good I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session, I learnt everything on the job I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me to get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues, Salary is decent but career growth is very slow and favour to special caste and community

Work Life balance is only good.

Dislikes

For off role candidate, it's bad. No respect, no good salary, no hike, no job security. Only 3month contract which renews on every 3 months. It's sister concern company of Samsung Group.
