Working atmosphere was good when we used to work from our office desk but now all employees are working from their home. While doing WFH their Admin teams are very supportive incase you needed any help from them. They don't keep you waiting to get it done. Same goes with HR & Technical Teams also. About my team, My Superiors and colleagues are very much helpfull and supportive. It's been over 4 and half years now I am working for this company. It's really a good company to work with.

Dislikes

The only thing which I don't like about the company is the salary growth... Now I don't know about other departments..

nothing. Terrible culture and employee engagement is zero.

Dislikes

Culture is pathetic, pay is poor and work is too pressurising. Employee rating every month was unrealistic. The management was not sure, what kind of candidates were they looking to hire.

Nothing to like, the management is a blunder, Admin head is 0 if rated in terms of Integrity. POSH is nothing for the Admin head.

Dislikes are more in count I was asked to work from office in peak COVID period though the CEO has asked to work from home but my boss asked me to travel on daily basis

Their visions are good.

Dislikes

No appreciation after so many work done. Leaders are not good as expected. Mainly taking about Software team leaders. Zero people management. Zero satisfaction, Zero Motivation.

The company's compensation policy is better than other companies and the people's team proactively helps the employees. Training program is good.

Dislikes

Major gap in communication between the management and employees. Employees are bogged with work that unbalance the work life. Biased work culture. No specific hierarchy in the system that questions the growth of the employee. Repetitive work with no creativity.
