1) Those who work good are pressurised 2) Slow Salary & Skill Growth 3) Uniform for employees 4) No training. You have to learn things on your own with job 6) Design head is having very poor knowledge & management skill. 7) Very strict for timing 8) No work from home facility 10) Employees have to fill daily work log in ERP software 🙁(which is of no use) 11) TOXIC HR TEAM

Old employees of all departments, Chavare sir and consultant are very supportive

Dislikes

Bad behaviour and bad thinking with resigned employees, no matter how good he/she was in his/her work during tenure Employees who are good in work are overloaded and forced to work more, while employees who are not good in work enjoys everytime No work life balance. Suck the blood of employees.
