Heads and Coordinators are worst..they play politics..call teachers mental, psycho, pathetic as if Teacher's are 5 year old kids..wherein in today's world teachers are expected to be polit e with the students and be very much affectionate ..but here teachers are said anything

Likes

One of the best IB schools to work in Mumbai. They have the best policies from their Employees. The Management is very understanding and considerate for their Employees. Also best places to work in terms of job security as long as you do your job well. The staff is also very accommodating for new comers. They have good and employee friendly HR policies. Therefore best school to work.

Dislikes

There is nothing which I do not like about the school or it’s employees or about it’s policies.

There are ample opportunities to work, learn and grow. The management, Principal and the Primary Coordinator have always been extremely thoughtful about the work pattern and system. In a span of 2 years, I have grown in many ways filling my kitty with skills, knowledge and experience. We always receive all the guidance and support. You learn every single day. In true spirits, any teacher will surely feel a warm welcome to the CNS Primary team. We get good amount of time to plan and prepare resources and the ideas are always welcomed for further discussions. The various sessions planned by the Primary Coordinator keeps us at par with the curriculum and skills. A place where positivity is instilled in each one of us!

Dislikes

I do not have anything that I dislike about my work. I can proudly say, I am a happy CNS Primary Teacher!

The learnings are wonderful and experience was good.You meet some wonderful people who have a rich experience.

Dislikes

The management is not encouraging of personal growth.If you work in primary you cannot move to secondary,it's like a block.Also there is too much focus on non academics and then lot of pressure put on teachers to work on holidays and weekends.Family life goes for a toss.Management needs to rework on its policies and include teachers growth as part of their agenda.Education needs to be the key focus.

There's no job security.. before applying do your homework as the coordinator will keep on telling that they have done favour on you by keeping you on job and if she targets one person she keeps on torturing until u get mentally disturbed and decide to leave...she will call you Psycho and judge on how you walk ...she has her favourite set of people and thinks she is the only one who knows to work ..she will force you to work round the clock ..even if it's time for you to leave she will say I work in school till 20:00 pm so even u guys are expected to work...
