There's no job security.. before applying do your homework as the coordinator will keep on telling that they have done favour on you by keeping you on job and if she targets one person she keeps on torturing until u get mentally disturbed and decide to leave...she will call you Psycho and judge on how you walk ...she has her favourite set of people and thinks she is the only one who knows to work ..she will force you to work round the clock ..even if it's time for you to leave she will say I work in school till 20:00 pm so even u guys are expected to work......Read More

There are ample opportunities to work, learn and grow. The management, Principal and the Primary Coordinator have always been extremely thoughtful about the work pattern and system. In a span of 2 years, I have grown in many ways filling my kitty with skills, knowledge and experience. We always receive all the guidance and support. You learn every single day. The seniors are very very rude and they treat teachers very very badly. There is a lot of politice and managment is indifferent to teachers issues.

One of the best IB schools to work in Mumbai. They have the best policies from their Employees. The Management is very understanding and considerate for their Employees. Also best places to work in terms of job security as long as you do your job well. The staff is also very accommodating for new comers. They have good and employee friendly HR policies. Therefore best school to work.
