Management is open to exploring new tools which makes product and developer experience robust. You will have enough opportunities to grow as a Software Engineer working on the product.

Work satisfaction - Good

Dislikes

- Product development life-cycle is very immature. They don't do much product thinking before going into developing which leads to lot of time waste later. - Poor leave policy, no concept of vacation just keep grinding - Suddenly management will come and assign unrealistic timelines and make you burn midnight oil even though the task itself is having bunch of unknowns. - Very bad appraisal cycles - Upper management is incompetent
