Nothing really good to say about this company except for that they pay average salary.

Dislikes

There are so many things- they do not have any rules or processes governing. The processes are so fragile. They withhold the salaries. They offer no real help to the employees to grow. Above all the HR and team leads are highly unprofessional and rude. They do not even provide experience letters when you leave. Thats the level of fragility of their processes!

I love the work culture in CG Inc. My team supports the project work in the best possible ways. Amidst lockdown none of us faced any issue, we have smoother flow. Infact the team got many new methodologies to support the project and support each other inorder to provide coverage whenever it's required.

Dislikes

There isn't anything to dislike. But I rated the learning parameter poorly because every organisation does the best interms of e-learning modules as well as the training programs, where we do not have any option to.

Top level management managing from US are good but the authority given to the Indian managers are acting as they wish instead of company polocies

Dislikes

Middle level management who are working from India are acting as boss to every employee and they are implementing polocies as they wish instead of taking employees feedback

Likes

There's no partiality whether we are a junior or senior all employees are equal. We can work together completing the task and deliver the project early to the client. Environment is too friendly.
