Pay scale is too low, we can't feed our families with this pay scale in chart industries

On site team is nice to work with and the strong product line with high level engineer's.

It's been more then two years they started office in Hyderabad but still no Managing director tsession.the office and a lot to set up.Hige level micro management going on with zero level corporate.have to fix this ASAP.no proper seating place for employees.No employee benefits like team outing and Lunch.worrest health policy.No level up scope like promotions and all.

Work life balance is good. They appreciate culture and heritage. One will get a chance to work with diversified class, with many countries and origins. Even the projects can be as diversified as people.

Dislikes

No hikes not any good increments. From last 4 years no change in profile. No growth in terms of skill for me.
